1 Definitions & Introduction

2 Account Registration

- Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them may be closed and the funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

- Bank transfers may take slightly longer to process.
- The user must use a payment method registered in their own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from an account:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
- Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing the bonus: bonus amount × 25 in total betting.
- Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawal.
- Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only funds earned after meeting the wagering requirements become withdrawable.
- bdt89 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
- If evidence of any bonus term violation is found, the relevant bonus and all winnings earned from that bonus may be forfeited.
6 Betting Rules
Before participating in any game or sports betting on bdt89, please be aware of the following rules:
- All bets are considered final. There is generally no option to cancel a bet due to network errors or misunderstandings.
- In the case of bets affected by technical errors or system failures, bdt89 reserves the right to void or amend the bet.
- Bets placed with clearly incorrect odds or payout rates may be automatically voided.
- Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
- The outcome of any game as recorded on the platform's server is final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt89 platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using software bots, automation tools, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hack the system.
- Stealing or unauthorised use of another user's account credentials.
- Bonus abuse: opening multiple accounts solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by bdt89
bdt89 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
- Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- At the direction of a court or regulatory authority.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Before closing the account, be sure to withdraw any available balance that meets the conditions. Any pending bonuses will be removed upon account closure.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability
bdt89 is not liable for the following:
- Losses or voided bets caused by the user's internet disconnection.
- Losses resulting from the user's account credentials falling into someone else's hands.

- Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances.
